WHAT CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
You can return the products that you buy on Euro Gold Supper. Our all products are eligible for return or exchange. The purchases made on Euro Gold Supper may be returned or exchanged within 7-21 days after the product has been received.
WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS OF RETURN OR EXCHANGE THAT CAN BE MADE?
The products can be returned or exchanged in the following cases:
The product is returned in its original condition with the brand's box, tags, user manual, accessories, and other items/documents included in the order. It is also established that the product was not damaged while in your care; it is the same as what you received; and the product is identical to what you received.
HOW CAN I GET A REFUND FOR MY RETURNED PRODUCT?
- The entire payment will be refunded to the consumer within 7 to 21 working days.
- The shipping and delivery fees that the customer applied at the time of placing the transaction are not refundable.
- Until and unless the returned or exchanged product is examined and accepted by us, the product's pickup for return or exchange does not imply any assurance.
- Please be aware that the refund will only be started and carried out after examining the items they received from the buyer.
- The refund process will begin for the customer's account once we examined and approve the product and its condition.
HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF THE RETURN OR EXCHANGE PRODUCT?
When a consumer decides to return or exchange a product, a notification is subsequently issued through email and text message to their registered phone number and email address, accordingly.
Additionally, after logging in to the Euro Gold Super website and visiting the 'My Orders' section, you can view the current status of the returned or exchanged item.
WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?
After the products complete examination, the refund will return to your same mode of payment account in 7-21 working days.
WHAT SHOULD THE PRODUCT BE IN FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
- The consumer is responsible for making sure that the product is unused and still in its original packaging before it may be returned or exchanged.
- Products will not be accepted for return or exchange if the packing is damaged and there are missing tags, bills, or other important documentation.
HOW DO I START THE RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCESS?
- The customer can seek a return or exchange by sending an email to Info@eurogoldsuper.in along with the Order ID and the email used to place the order.
- The consumer must next complete the necessary fields in order to continue with the return or exchange request.
